So many clients come to Hot Designs and say they have no idea what is needed or how to start. This is where Hot Designs excels. We take the reign so you can relax and get on with the other parts of your new business. We'll lead you through the process, working with you at the level you need, to create a business marketing plan, and proceed to execute and deliver.

Tell us about your project
Call or email Shanna about your idea. After you give the details about your project, you'll be given an estimate, usually in a range. The more information and preparation from you, the smaller the gap in the estimated range.

Approval of Estimate and Work Agreement
First thing before any work will commence, we will ask you to sign our Work Authorization and Agreement so there is a clear understanding of the process where payment terms are concerned. Once this stage is completed the work can begin.

Discovery Phase
Information is gathered about: your target market, product or service, competitors, your personal tastes and more.

Design
After the initial discovery phase is complete, and the designer feels as though there is a clear direction, design will begin.

Checkpoints and Partnership
We will keep you involved to be sure things stay on the right path. At each checkpoint you can give feedback, make changes in direction, etc.

Approval
Once a design is complete with your approval, the work is released according to your payment arrangement.

Continued Support
We are very dedicated to making sure our clients are happy. When questions arise after projects are complete, you are always encouraged to ask.
