The Main Street Wine Bar opened in 2012. After seeing my work on another local restaurant website I was hired practically site unseen to develop everything for the bar, beginning with the logo. Since even before the bar opened I’ve been the sole photographer for the images on the website, as well as the rest of the marketing. The bar has fantastic fresh food, with weekly specials created by chefs, and unique wines from around the world chosen by their wine sommeliers. They are situated a little off the beaten path, not far outside of Pittsburgh in the Laurel Highlands. The website really needs to portray them with photography, so every so often we have an informal photoshoot to freshen up the images. The website is maintained by Hot Designs completely. We did this before I got into WordPress, but that change is forthcoming, it’s inevitable.

Extra:  I was also hired to design the sign. I was only told they loved the look of lamp posts, to see what I could come up with. The entire sign project was left up to me, from figuring out the needed electricity, and locating the best vendors for the various parts of the sign, which included the actual post with lamp top, a 3-D sign production company, and the electricians. My job was to coordinate all of the vendors for the final product. The clients absolutely love their sign, it really makes the place look cozy and inviting from the outside,
