President
Lawrence Stout, Jr. has been associated with Brooks Construction since the company's inception eight years ago. Mr. Stout has spent his entire life (35 years) in the construction industry. He learned the trade as a young boy from his father who was a skilled handy man fixing houses, doing general repairs, appliance installation, bathroom and kitchen remodeling. The enterprise turned into a construction company, and trucking for the construction industry. Eventually Mr. Stout took over management, expanding the business to service the needs of real estate companies (house inspections, repairs, etc.), becoming Stout and Sons.
Mr. Stout is skilled at carpentry and masonary, truck driving, heavy equipment operation, reads blue prints, and is experienced in estimation of bids and project management.
Stout and Sons dissipated, and Mr. Stout's affiliation with Brooks Construction began. His experience in the construction industry was an excellent addition to the company.
